Are you compassionate, action-oriented, and energized by helping others? Bluestar Moving Services, a division of Paxem, is seeking Pack & Move Associates to support seniors and families in DuPage and Kane Counties as they navigate major life transitions, including downsizing and relocating.
This flexible, part-time position offers deeply fulfilling work that brings comfort, structure, and peace of mind to clients during moments of change.

As a Pack & Move Associate, you'll play a hands-on role supporting clients through life transitions. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients and families with sorting and organizing household belongings

• Safely packing items, including fragile items, valuables, and kitchenware

• Unpacking and setting up new homes in a functional and welcoming way

• Providing warm, friendly, and professional support to clients during emotional or stressful periods

• Ensuring a safe and respectful work environment

• Collaborating with team members to exceed client expectations

• Integrity, patience, and calmness under pressure

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to travel locally within DuPage and Kane County , including areas such as:
  Naperville, Aurora, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Downers Grove, Lisle, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, Elgin, Carol Stream, West Chicago, and nearby communities

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly

• Experience delivering excellent customer service

• Friendly demeanor and strong verbal communication

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable

• Hours: Vary by project; shifts typically range from 2 to 8 hours

• Scheduling: Flexible; assignments may be given with short notice

• Work Type: Hands-on, in-person work inside client homes
