Fabrication Supervisor
- 5+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- strong knowledge of CNC press brake operations, tooling, and setup procedures
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- OSHA safety training or certification
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems

- Supervise daily press brake operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and machine assignments to optimize throughput and efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics, including productivity, scrap, rework, and on-time performance.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
- Lead, coach, and develop Brake Department operators and leads.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Facilitate training on equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards.
- Enforce proper machine guarding, PPE usage, and safe operating procedures.
- Collaborate with Quality to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with ISO or other applicable quality systems.
- Oversee setup and operation of CNC and manual press brakes.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
