We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to support and grow our digital presence. This role will focus on developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and increasing brand awareness across key channels.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and audience engagement.

Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, graphics, and short-form videos

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility

Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, responding in a timely and professional manner

Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns

Collaborate with internal teams on branding, campaigns, and marketing initiatives

Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all platforms

Utilize scheduling and analytics tools to improve efficiency and performance

1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation

Strong understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar platforms

Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience managing business or brand social media accounts

Familiarity with short-form video content and current trends

Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles

Reliable internet connection and ability to work standard business hours
