Role : Import Coordinator
Salary: $19+ DOE
Job type: Full-time, in-person
Responsibilities: Customs clearance and delivery to customers accurately and efficientlyCoordinate shipments with importers and customersData entry and document processing, arranging Pierpass, audit and maintain filesMonitor shipments, keep communications with customers and vendorsGenerate, process and approve invoices for paymentOpen communication with other departments, customers, government agencies such as US Customs and Border Protection, and Food and Drug AdministrationOther duties as assigned
Qualifications: 1+ years previous knowledge and experience with import operations requiredEffective time management and organizational skills, must be able to complete jobs with little supervisionBasic math and problem solvingBilingual spanish a plus but not requiredHigh school diploma/equivalent or higher required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
