Learning and Development Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a corporate team in Northfield . This Learning & Development Coordinator will provide end-to-end administrative and tactical support for learning operations, ensuring training programs run seamlessly. Responsibilities

• Manage enrollments, attendance and completion tracking within the LMS

• Maintain and update course information in the LMS

• Run regular and ad hoc LMS compliance reports

• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, room reservations and catering

• Prepare and distribute participant materials and learning assets

• Facilitate pre- and post-training communications and evaluations

• Support vendor coordination and contractor deliverables

• Assist with program nominations and scheduling processes

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent organization and time-management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• LMS administration experience; Workday Learning preferred

• Prior corporate or Learning & Development experience preferred
