About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our global hearing healthcare client to support a high-volume customer service role for order management. This team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely order processing and is expanding to meet anticipated demand.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Support Specialist supports internal sales and fulfillment operations through precise order entry and administrative customer support. This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional coordination rather than phone-based customer service. The position is fully onsite and suited for candidates who thrive in structured, detail-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of customer orders using SAP and EDI systems
• Accurately enter and validate paper-based order documentation
• Ensure order data integrity by reviewing for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to support timely fulfillment
• Meet established productivity and quality performance standards
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order entry and/or customer service
• Required SAP knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to commute onsite daily with reliable attendance
• Experience in manufacturing or product-based B2B/B2C environments preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
