Reports to: National Partnership Coordinator (or SVP of Ops?)

Location: Lincolnshire, IL (in-office, full-time)
Classification: F ull Time/Exempt
Summary / Job Objective: Protected Tomorrows, a Simplicity Commitment, is adding to our marketing team! We are seeking an individual who is a disciplined, methodical, highly motivated, tech-savvy learner, who consistently performs at a high level under variable workloads, and has a passion for making a positive impact on clients’ lives. Our marketing administrator will provide crucial support to the marketing effort by coordinating campaigns, managing databases, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. This person will handle administrative tasks like scheduling, reporting, and analytics. At Protected Tomorrows, we serve many families with special needs and combine financial plans with our social service acumen to create holistic plans for our clients. Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the marketing and outreach teams
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
· Manage and update the CRM system
· Handle calendar management for events and meetings
· Help maintain and update content on the company website, ensuring accuracy and relevance
· Assist in managing and scheduling posts for various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
· Coordinate marketing materials for promotions and events
· Help with updating and maintaining marketing asset libraries
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· Strong technology skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Client Relationship Management software, WordPress and Constant Contact
· Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts
· Familiarity with social media platforms and tools

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Focused attention to detail with persistent and consistent follow-up skills

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation (based on experience)
- Annual base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (exempt)
- Annual performance bonus target: 5%
