Business Transformation Data Analyst

: Role Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our Business Transformation team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights, drive informed decision-making, and contribute to the digital transformation of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and background or study in statistical analysis and predictive modelling. Key Responsibilities: Support identification of business processes that can be streamlined for efficiency and accuracy with the deployment of digital solutions Provide analysis of potential opportunities such as robotic process automation, data visualization, and predictive analytics Collaborate with IT, developers, and QA testers to implement and verify solutions Support transformation project deployment teams through functional analysis, design work, business and market intelligence gathering, and reporting Assist in the development of the digital transformation strategy and roadmap Passion to create innovative solutions and persistence to see them through implementation Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/ applicable area (e.g. computer science, IT, engineering, supply chain, business) Demonstrated analytical and quantitative problem solving skills Experience in or interest in learning Python Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred: Data science fluency Machine learning/ predictive analytics PowerBI PowerApps About Ardagh Metal Packaging Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) is a leading supplier of sustainable and infinitely recyclable beverage cans to brand owners globally.
