Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Project: migrating a legacy mainframe system (based on COBOL & DB2) - and transitioning to .NET base

? Someone who has done Code migration, legacy migration, data migration, to more modern platforms

Crucial role for IM - mindset and skillset (and education) are vetted, but need someone who has "seen it all" - working through gray areas, ambiguous situations, communicate with different audiences (team members, stakeholders, vendors) - take accountability of the whole process from start to close

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years in project management experience - both Waterfall & Agile, but lean Waterfall

• Bachelor's Degree

• Insurance industry experience

Migration - data, code, more complex projects that have integrators included - MS Azure DevOps - ADO and MS Project Plan

• Agile experience

• Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.)
