Business Analyst - Item Vendor Enablement

Job Description

Insight Global's client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Item Vendor Enablement team, supporting key initiatives across master data, digital merchandising, and system integrations. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong product mindset-someone who goes beyond gathering requirements and actively helps shape solutions.

Role Overview

This Business Analyst will operate much like an Associate Product Manager, independently partnering with business and technical teams to drive outcomes. The focus of this role is enabling the flow of Stibo (MDM) product data into digital merchandising platforms via a centralized integration hub, unlocking enhanced digital experiences and customer data usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the business-asking the right questions rather than simply taking requests

• Lead requirements gathering, solutioning, and issue resolution with minimal oversight

• Write, refine, and manage high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria

• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical partners

• Define and support system integrations and data flows, particularly between Stibo, internal platforms, and digital systems

• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced but manageable environment

• Contribute to roadmap initiatives focused on:

o Digital merchandising enablement

o Customer selling data exposure

o Content enrichment and master data improvements

Skills and Requirements

-Strong product mindset with the ability to think strategically and independently

-Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms or concepts

-Background in digital merchandising and/or eCommerce environments -Experience with ADO and/or JIRA

-Hands-on experience with Stibo

-Working knowledge of SQL
