Intern - Human Resources
Position Summary:
This position will partner with the HR team on the design and deployment of various strategic priority projects. These will include: recruiting, intern program management, process improvements, and social media. The intern will work to implement programs while reinforcing values critical to the company’s success.
Primary/Essential Responsibilities:
- Support HR projects as needed
- Support G&W Internship Program: social activities, program coordination, gathering material for marketing to interns, preparing fall recruiting
- Creation of new material for our Learning Management System
- Assist HR team with projects including process documentation for Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and general Human Resources
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited university
- Possesses a minimum GPA of 3.0 in one or more of the following disciplines: Human Resources Management or Business.
- Be a team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills who can work in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and an ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Possess strong time management, sense of urgency, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to streamline processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Any experience with an HRIS (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits
Interns are well compensated with a competitive salary. Compensation is based on the number of years that you have completed toward your undergraduate/graduate degree or Ph.D. Housing is also available if needed.
