Our client is looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager to take the lead on sourcing and supplier strategy across multiple categories of raw materials. You’ll partner closely with teams in Quality, R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure materials are available, compliant, and cost-effective — keeping production running smoothly and innovation moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Lead sourcing and procurement across multiple raw material categories — ensuring quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

• Build and manage strong supplier relationships, executing sourcing strategies that deliver results.

• Drive RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and support co-manufacturing initiatives.

• Stay ahead of market trends and cost drivers to inform smart purchasing decisions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with broader business priorities.

• Champion process improvements and special projects that enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field .

• 5+ years of procurement experience, raw materials or ingredients is a MUST .

• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and supplier management skills.

• Comfortable in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative.

Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000 + plus bonus
