The Opportunity
As part of the Finance Consulting team you will oversee Order-to-Cash processes, maintaining consistency in billing, collections, and cash application. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of financial operations. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical knowledge and personal brand while driving effectiveness and compliance in financial processes.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in O2C or AR operations
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Demonstrating experience in cash application and billing accuracy
- Managing process ownership and applying digital thinking
- Excelling in analytical and communication skills
- Identifying AI-enabled and automation opportunities
- Supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Upholding internal controls and compliance standards
- Experience in SAP
