I opened my agency in January 2025, and were currently a growing team of three. Before launching my own office, I spent a couple of years working for another State Farm agent, stepped into the car industry for a bit, and ultimately found my way back to agency life where I knew I belonged. I offer three weeks of PTO, flexible hours, and reimbursement for licensing costs. Im looking for someone who is goal-oriented, dependable, and a true team player. Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships are essential. Most importantly, I want someone who takes pride in supporting the office, uplifting their teammates, and growing both personally and professionally as we build this agency together. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
