What We are Looking For:
The Senior Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and provide technical guidance and support. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate the value and capabilities of Airlock Digital’s solutions to prospects and existing customers .
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, guiding potential customers through the sales process and effectively articulating the value proposition of our software solutions.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the features, functionalities, and benefits of our Airlock Digital’s products, tailored to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
Assist with RFP, RFI, or tender responses.
Understand customer requirements and pain points and align our solutions to address their specific business challenges.
Provide input and feedback to the product teams based on customer interactions, market trends, and competitive insights.
Be the interface between the customer and our support team during the initial implementation for knowledge transfer.
Lead Technical Execution: Own the technical delivery of PoCs from initial scoping through to successful completion. Work closely with account managers and prospects to design a PoC tailored to the customer’s environment and success criteria.
Active Follow-Up and Progress Tracking: Proactively drive the PoC forward by conducting regular check-ins with prospects, ensuring consistent momentum and addressing any blockers. Maintain detailed records of PoC progress and outcomes in CRM and internal systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years previous experience in the technology field.
- Previous experience with endpoint security applications, either supporting these or in pre-sales.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to work as part of a team and evidence of being a self-starter.
- A background and passion for technology/cyber security.
- Motivated by continual learning and improvement.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Quickly establish rapport with others.
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, APIs, and integrations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer :
We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of USD $220,000 to $250,000 . Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
