Outside Sales Representative (Roofing)

The Role

Frontline Adjusters is hiring 4–6 motivated field sales representatives for the 2026 storm season. This is an outdoor, face-to-face sales role — you'll be in neighborhoods affected by recent storms, talking to homeowners about roof inspections and storm damage claims. No roofing experience required. We train you.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

• You work your own territory outdoors — talking to homeowners, not sitting at a desk
• We train you on everything: product knowledge, the sales process, follow-up, and insurance claims
• You set your own schedule within the team's operating structure
• You're backed by a full office team handling supplements, claims, and production — you focus on selling
• A Training Director works with you full-time during onboarding and in the field until you're independent
• Stay connected with homeowners throughout the process

What Reps Actually Earn

These are real numbers from our current team:

New reps (first season)$70,000–$100,000

Second-year reps$90,000–$120,000

Top performers$140,000–$200,000

Compensation is performance-based — your income is tied directly to your results. New reps receive a paid training program for their first weeks to bridge the ramp-up period. We pay weekly.

Who We're Looking For

You'd be a strong fit if:

• You're competitive — whether that came from sports, previous sales, or just how you're wired
• You're comfortable being outside and moving all day
• You can handle rejection without taking it personally
• You follow a system rather than winging it
• You want your effort to directly determine your income — not a fixed ceiling

Experience that tends to transfer well here: service industry, veterans, military, returned missionaries, college athletes, anyone who's done outdoor or physical work, real estate agents, or anyone who's sold anything and liked it.

No roofing experience? That's fine. Most of our top performers had never touched a shingle before they started. We'll teach you.

The Deal

• Bi-Weekly pay — paid on checks as they come in

• Storm Season — storm season is March–November, with a chance to rest and focus on collections in the winter

• Available for full-time hours during storm season (March–November)
