Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Engineer I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data center operations, including the physical installation of equipment and cabling. This role requires flexibility, a willingness to travel, and the ability to work various shifts, including holidays, in a 24/7/365 operational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical installation of data center equipment, including servers, switches, and cabling.
• Ensure proper setup and configuration of hardware components.
• Travel as required to various locations to support data center operations.
• Work different shifts, including holidays, as part of a 24/7/365 operation.
• Safely lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work comfortably on ladders to complete installations and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in data center operations and equipment installation.
• Ability to travel as needed for the role.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders.

Pay Range: $20 - $25

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
