Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Entering data into the company's database accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring data integrity and completeness
- Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information
- Handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and data programs
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry
- Experience working with HVAC or related industry data is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 annually
- Currency: USD
- Full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off
