ERP Analyst

LaSalle Network is hiring an ERP Analyst for a fast-growing distribution organization that provides innovative workspace solutions across a variety of industries. ERP Analyst Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP system functionality, configuration, and support, primarily within a NetSuite environment

• Design, document, and implement solutions to business challenges by leveraging native ERP capabilities

• Configure ERP modules, implement customizations as needed, and document all configuration changes and custom code

• Design and support integrations between the ERP system and internal or external platforms

• Troubleshoot system issues, manage data integrity, and support user reporting and data analysis needs

• Collaborate with business users to test applications, resolve issues, and support training efforts

• Maintain user roles, permissions, and adherence to change control procedures

• Partner with cross-functional teams to propose and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals

• Provide technical support in coordination with third-party vendors as needed

• Participate in the planning, estimation, and implementation of technical infrastructure projects

ERP Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of experience in ERP administration, configuration, and support (NetSuite preferred)

• Strong understanding of database relationships and file structures

• Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash value stream

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions

• Experience with distribution or warehouse fulfillment systems a plus

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to business users

• Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
