We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a top-tier client in the fleet management industry. This is not a typical call center role-our clients expect a high level of service, and we deliver. You'll be part of a dynamic account team, handling everything from driver inquiries to internal stakeholder communication. Job Duties
+ Serve as the primary support for account managers and fleet drivers.
+ Handle high-volume emails and cases with accuracy and professionalism.
+ Assist with vehicle ordering, billing changes, insurance card distribution, and driver data updates.
+ Resolve unique customer issues (e.g., impounded vehicles) and educate drivers on future services.
+ Make outbound follow-up calls and ensure all data is accurately documented in the system.
+ Utilize internal systems and tools such as Excel (including VLOOKUP) and Salesforce .
+ Multi-task efficiently while entering customer information in real time.
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of office-based customer service experience .
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
+ Ability to type 40 WPM and pass an Excel test (basic pivot tables).
+ High school diploma required.
+ Experience with Salesforce preferred (not required)
+ Fleet Management experience is a PLUS (not required)
Shift:
+ Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
+ Breaks: 1-hour lunch (unpaid) + two 15-minute breaks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
