The person will manage the Game Development Projects in Chicago Illinois related to the Class 3 Gaming markets that Light & Wonder provides software for. They will report into the Sr. Director position.The Project Management function specializes in leading a team, typically cross-functional, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project; manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Works directly with multiple development leads and external Operations/Service teams.* Develops detailed development schedules for assigned projects.* Conducts regular status meetings and daily stand-ups with the Dev and Quality teams.* Tracks, monitors and reports project progress.* Responsible for the effective internal and external communication of information related to projects.* Creates presentations and generates metric reports/charts for upper management.This is an hybrid role, **3 days a week in office** based at our studio in Chicago, IL.# Qualifications**Education:*** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.**Experience:*** A minimum of 5 years operations, product or project management experience.**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:*** Ability to multi-task anywhere from 15-30 projects per week.* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret gaming rules and regulations.* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal or external personnel.* Excellent inter-personal and team building skills.* Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management.* Knowledge of project management tools and processes.* Knowledge and understanding of project budgeting.* Knowledge of Oracle’s Agile PLM product and Oracle ERP.* General knowledge of Class 3 Gaming architecture and ancillary components preferred.* Ability to motivate others.**Physical Requirements:**· The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
