LaSalle Network is hiring for a Help Desk Contractor – Service Desk Technician to join a growing financial technology organization headquartered in downtown Chicago. This company just opened a brand-new office and is known for its energetic culture, fully stocked snack kitchen, and collaborative, respectful team environment.

This role is ideal for a technically savvy professional who thrives on troubleshooting, helping others, and being the go-to problem solver in a dynamic office setting. The team is looking for someone who can start immediately and jump right in!

What’s the job?

• Provide hands-on support for break/fix issues and access requests

• Manage Jira queues and Stack channels for ticketing and troubleshooting

• Support new hire onboarding, including device prep and configuration

• Utilize TeamViewer for remote support and device management

• Work with Okta, Entra ID, and Intune for identity and MDM management

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless IT support across the organization

What’s needed?

• 1–3 years of IT support or service desk experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience managing devices through Intune (MDM)

• Hands-on knowledge of Okta and Entra ID for access and identity management

• Familiarity with Jira and TeamViewer

• Ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced, onsite corporate environment
