Global Process Manager, Sales Bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications.
- Experience leading complex process improvement projects.
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for standard systems and custom applications.
- Experience applying statistical methods, SQL, and dashboard design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with excellent project management and data analysis skills.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales bonus process, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and manage outsourced partners who provide customer support to Sales Googlers.
- Partner with stakeholders in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Compensation, Corporate Engineering, People Ops, and various other cross-functional teams to ensure Sales Googlers are paid in accordance with Google's sales incentive compensation strategy and policies.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with sales bonus payments, investigating root causes and developing mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and systems to further streamline operations, reduce operational risk, and improve the Sales Googler experience.
- Provide analytics and insights to Sales and Compensation leadership to help drive business growth and identify issues.
