Position Overview:
As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will provide essential coverage by delivering outstanding service to guests and students during periods of staff absence or increased demand. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the university's front desk during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests and students in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about programs, services, and appointments.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
• Address concerns or feedback from guests promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and organized work environment.
• Support administrative duties as required to facilitate university operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr.
