Position Responsibilities

Manages multiple projects simultaneously, keeping priorities aligned with overall organizational goals and initiatives.

Develops and delivers presentations as required, including business case proposals, project progress updates and outcome demonstrations.

Develops measures to monitor the project’s results and identify areas for additional improvement.

Performs cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies to provide data-driven project recommendations and accurately estimate return on investment.

Acts as a liaison among all departments and gathers input from key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Partners with teams to document existing processes, conduct assessments, design effective change implementation strategies, identify required resources and drive project completion.

Evaluates vendors and technological solutions, creates requests for proposals, and works with external parties to facilitate prompt implementation.

Leads project meetings and keeps stakeholders informed on project status, risks, scope changes and timelines.

Adheres to project budgets and timelines.

Provides frequent status updates, reports and project summaries to Administration and leadership whose departments are impacted by projects.

Position Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, preferred.

Master’s degree in related field preferred.

Experience

Two years of project management, or related experience, preferred.

Proficient in software applications, presentation programs and spreadsheet applications.
