We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Mazak Programmer to join our client's team in Alsip, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, setting up, and operating Mazak CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop programs for Mazak CNC machines using CAM software

- Set up and operate Mazak CNC machines to produce precision parts

- Conduct quality control checks on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to programs and machines as needed

- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience programming and operating Mazak CNC machines

- Proficient in using CAM software, preferably Mastercam or GibbsCAM

- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Experience with troubleshooting and making adjustments to programs and machines

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
