Planner / Scheduler IV
Job Description: Planner / Scheduler IV Location: Oakbrook Terrace, United States Start Date: 24 March 2026 Pay Rate: $47.45 Per Hour Job Description: As a Planner / Scheduler IV, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for coordinating and scheduling various projects within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones Analyze project data and provide recommendations for improvements Communicate project status updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
