Looking to make great money while working in a fast-paced, essential role? Hospitality Services Group is hiring COOKS ASAP for a local hospital!
*There are background, drug screen, and vaccination requirements for this position. We are giving priority to candidates who already have the following vaccinations: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Flu Shot, TB Test".
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- Follow all hospital safety and infection control procedures
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen organization
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management
- Ensure meals are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, cafeteria, or large volume cooking is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance required
- Must comply with background check and onboarding requirements
