WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior Technician, you are the heartbeat of the facility. You won’t just be "fixing things"—you’ll be the go-to expert for:

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and conquering complex electrical and mechanical issues that others can’t.

• Strategic Maintenance: Leading predictive and preventive programs to stop downtime before it starts.

• Continuous Improvement: Using root cause analysis to optimize equipment performance and site efficiency.

• Technical Leadership: Mentoring the team and serving as the senior resource for fabrication technology.

WHO YOU ARE

• The Expert: You have extensive experience with metal fabrication and CNC production equipment (Lasers, Punching, and Press Brakes).

• The Problem Solver: You can read electrical schematics and basic PLC logic like a second language.

• The Professional: You take pride in a clean, safe, and efficient workspace and have a "safety first" mindset.

• The Specialist: You have a 2-year technical certification or equivalent high-level field experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS You’ll be right in the action of a vibrant, moderate-to-loud manufacturing environment. You should be comfortable standing, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as you navigate the production floor to keep the facility at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC lasers, CNC punching machines, and press brakes
• Diagnosing complex issues across mechanical and electrical systems
• Leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Minimizing downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, PLC logic (basic), and technical manuals
• Supporting installation, commissioning, and optimization of fabrication equipment
• Serving as a senior technical resource on the production floor
