Position: Water Industry Sales Manager

Wallman Unlimited Company is a leading provider of water industry solutions and services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Water Industry Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water industry

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and competitors

- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients

- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the water industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Strong networking and relationship building skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Knowledge of water industry products and services

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as needed
