IT/AI Paralegal - Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm

Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys with case preparation, document management, and trial preparation and presentation of cloud-based exhibits, electronic testimony and deposition exhibits. Utilize AI and legal tech tools to streamline discovery, summarize records, and manage case data, track and store documents for expert witnesses and present stored materialelectronically to all parties as required in an orderly and complete fashion. Maintain and enhance IT systems for case management, digital evidence and medicalrecord organization, and workflow automation.Collaborate with our legal and tech teams to improve processes and develop AI-assisted litigation support tools.

Qualifications:

Paralegal certification or equivalent legal experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law

preferred with a background in IT/AI proficiency

Strong proficiency with legal software (e.g., Case Management, eDiscovery platforms,

or AI legal tools)

Solid understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity basics, and data handling bestpractices, and management of all emails. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Curious, adaptable, and motivated to merge law and technology in innovative ways in our trial firm
