The Opportunity
Are you driven by the opportunity to lead commercial transformation in a high-impact region at the forefront of dairy-based nutritional innovation? As the Vice President, Commercial North America – Dairy, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy across the U.S. and Canada—one of our most strategic regions. You will lead Sales, Key Account Management, Category Initiatives, and Customer Experience, while serving as the executive voice of the region to the global leadership team. In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will champion a customer-centric, innovation-led culture and drive sustainable growth in alignment with global priorities.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and execution of the North America commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with global business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
Provide executive leadership across the Americas region, delivering clear direction and fostering a customer-centric, innovation-led commercial culture.
Oversee the North America sales organization, including Pacmoore and strategic key account management.
Deliver against volume, revenue, and margin targets by directing customer planning, development initiatives, and product mix optimization.
Influence and align cross-functional departments—Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Customer Support—to enhance customer value and elevate the overall customer experience.
Conduct regular performance reviews to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive and constructive progress across commercial teams and key accounts.
Champion B2B growth by leading category-specific initiatives and applying deep market insights to strategy development and execution.
Build and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships to strengthen market leadership and long-term value creation.
Collaborate with leadership in other regions on comprehensive plans for global accounts that span multiple regions.
Cultivate a high-performing sales and commercial culture focused on performance, execution, talent development, succession planning, team engagement, and leadership development.
Represent the Americas region externally in key industry settings, executive leadership forums, and strategic customer engagements, serving as a senior ambassador for the business.
The Skills You Will Bring to the Team
15+ years in commercial leadership roles with a strong track record in strategic B2B environments.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Deep expertise across sales, customer strategy, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed structure.
Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to drive a technical and solution selling culture.
Background in ingredient, nutrition, or food manufacturing strongly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-functional teams across diverse geographies.

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $250,000-300,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
