You’re perfect for the role if you…
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Care Administration
- Are a CNA and have experience in Home Care or Care Facility fields
- You have a minimum of 1 Year Home Care Experience
- Are available for on-call rotation (every 3 weeks)
- (Preferred) Have experience as a manager or in a leadership position
- Are organized, a multi-tasker, communicative, and have great time management skills!
Responsibilities of this Position
- As a Care Coordinator Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring that our senior clients receive the highest quality of care by managing caregiver schedules and coordinating services. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to provide seamless care solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs, preferences, and caregiver availability.
- Monitor daily scheduling changes and handle last-minute adjustments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and their families to ensure reliable and consistent care.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, client preferences, and caregiver assignments.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address any client or caregiver concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client care plans, and industry regulations.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new caregivers by ensuring documentation and orientation requirements are met.
- Participate in On-Call rotation, every three weeks

Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling, home care coordination, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple schedules effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with caregivers, clients, and families.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
- Empathy and understanding for the needs of seniors and their families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
