NEXT Door & Window is a 140-person, family-owned window and door replacement company looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to partner directly with the President.

This is not a passive, calendar-only role. This is for someone who loves a fast pace, thrives in constant motion, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything on track. If you need structure, step-by-step instructions, or a quiet, predictable day—this is not the job for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the President’s calendar, email, and daily priorities with precision
• Screening calls, routing requests, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
• Coordinating travel, logistics, and itineraries
• Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Supporting marketing and social media initiatives
• Researching issues and providing solutions before escalating
• Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notebook LM, etc.) to improve efficiency
• Acting as a communication bridge between the President and leadership
• Organizing and maintaining business documents
• Helping optimize the President’s weekly schedule
• Handling confidential matters with professionalism
• Taking on special projects as they arise

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
• Has exceptional attention to detail —you catch what others miss
• Is highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
• Works with a strong sense of urgency
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Can prioritize and make smart decisions independently
• Communicates clearly and professionally with anyone
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and AI tools
• Enjoys staying busy and solving problems
