If you're interested in soliciting and servicing a variety of residential mortgage loans, our Mortgage Banker III role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Mortgage Lending team.

Responsibilities:

• Develops business using a targeted sales plan and focused sales routines that include building relationships with borrowers, potential borrowers, real estate agents, and builders/developers.
• Counsels clients on possible solutions
• Gathers all initial documentation based on recommended loan program.
• Processes the loan data through an automated underwriting system.
• Monitors processing through closing
• Fosters relationships with other lines of business to generate cross sales activity.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years Mortgage Lending experience preferred
• Experience with Mortgage specific software a plus
