ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Since opening the agency in 2010, we've built a team-oriented environment focused on helping customers protect what matters most while creating opportunities for professional growth and success. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than 20 years as a Retail Store Manager, where I learned the importance of leadership, customer service, accountability, and developing strong teams.

Family is a big part of my life. I have two sons and enjoy spending time with them whenever I can. Outside of work, you'll often find me golfing, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or participating in activities with the local Tri-County Snowmobile Club.

Giving back to the community is also important to me. Our agency proudly supports local charity events and community initiatives, and we believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shane Huber - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
