• Maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings and the competitive landscape.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

• Utilize tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record in sales or a related field; experience in HVAC is a plus.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using ServiceTitan (preferred).

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
