A Chicago-based Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead a high-acuity clinical operation serving both short- and long-term rehab residents. This SNF supports a 160-resident census and cares for complex populations, including vents and trachs .
The clinical team is in need of a strong, hands-on nursing leader who can drive clinical excellence, accountability, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Proven DON or senior nursing leadership experience in SNF/LTC
High-acuity clinical background required (vents, trachs, complex care)
Strong survey management and regulatory knowledge
Ability to lead, mentor, and stabilize clinical teams
