A full-time school-based physical therapist opportunity is available for the 25/26 school year in Elgin, IL, supporting K-12 students. This contract position offers guaranteed hours throughout the academic year, providing a consistent schedule to implement therapeutic interventions that promote student mobility and independence within the school environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans tailored to student needs.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate physical abilities and progress.
• Provide direct therapeutic services that enhance functional mobility, balance, strength, and coordination.
• Document interventions, progress notes, and participate in meetings regarding student acmodations and modifications.
• Support inclusive education initiatives by adapting activities and equipment as necessary.
