Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a busy outpatient clinic position serving adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations in Lake Zurich, IL.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting with a caseload of approximately 55 visits per week
• Patient population includes adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients
• Orthopedic caseload includes Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, post-operative back pain, calf strain, disc herniation, fractures/stress fractures, generalized low back pain, headaches, meniscus tear, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff surgical and non-surgical cases, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, and total joint replacement
• Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 10:30am–7:00pm, Tuesday/Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm, Friday 9:00am–5:30pm
• Uses NextGen EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience required
• Current PT license required if applicable
• Experience with a broad range of orthopedic conditions required
• Proficiency or ability to learn NextGen EMR

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient screening, building and managing caseload, fall risk assessments, and gross motor assessments
• Business casual dress code required
