Duct Dusters, Central Illinois' premier air duct cleaning company (4-time "Best of Springfield" winner), is seeking an experienced Truck Lead to manage their own crew and drive business growth.About This Leadership Role:This isn't just another technician position - you'll be running your own operation with full support from our established company. What You'll Lead:

• Manage your own fully-equipped service vehicle and crew of 2-4 technicians
• Oversee 4-6 jobs per day across residential and commercial accounts
• Drive crew productivity and quality standards - your leadership directly impacts earnings
• Handle customer relations - from service explanation to upselling opportunities
• Train and mentor crew members on our proven cleaning methods
• Manage job scheduling, routing, and efficiency for maximum profitability

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality completion of air duct and dryer vent cleaning services
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
• Create accurate invoices and explain services to customers
• Identify and sell add-on services (UV lights, air purifiers, sanitization)
• Maintain safety standards and company reputation
• Report daily progress and crew performance

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership experience - crew lead, supervisor, or management background preferred
• Strong communication skills - you'll be the face of our company
• Business mindset - interested in growing revenue and efficiency
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Hands-on worker when needed

Compensation Package:

• Base Pay: $25-28/hour (based on experience)
