Senior Manager, Global Brand Strategy & Marketing (Chicago- Hybrid)
- Collaborate closely with teams across Brand Experience, Commercial, Digital, Operations, and Development
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and timelines
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture grounded in insights, creativity, and strategic thinking
Experience Required: • 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, marketing, or related fields • Experience developing and evolving brand positioning and translating strategy into execution • Strong background in brand marketing, including campaign development, content, and storytelling • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization • Experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making Experience Preferred: • Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brands • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field • Experience supporting brand experience, guest journey, or on-property execution initiatives • Experience working on global brands or multi-brand portfolios • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support content development The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
