Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee used vehicle procurement, merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.

- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Train and coach sales staff on best practices and product knowledge.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in used cars.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Decatur, IL.
