Warehouse Clerk
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for inventory and shipment tracking
- Organize, print and manage shipping labels and documentation
- Match paperwork to physical shipments and verify accuracy
- Track, schedule and update shipment activity
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams regarding logistics updates
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of emails
- Support inventory processes including receipts and cycle counts
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks
- Work cross-functionally with warehouse and operations teams
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong background in administrative support and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse setting
- Compensation: $17–$22/hour; based on experience
