Your Role:
As an Evening Esthetics Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to lead classes during evening hours, providing students with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in skincare, makeup, and other esthetic services. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons in esthetics according to the established curriculum.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training in various beauty techniques.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote further development.
• Maintain an organized and positive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure a consistent and effective approach to education.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Educator License in the State of Illinois is required.
• Must have relevant esthetics experience and knowledge of skincare and makeup.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for educating and empowering students in their beauty careers.
• Availability to teach Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
