About the role
As a Manager, Procurement , you will lead procurement and material management activities to ensure manufacturing continuity and timely material availability for production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency by managing supplier performance, inventory strategies, and procurement execution while leading a high-performing team focused on delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Manager, Procurement , you’ll be responsible for:
Ensure timely material availability to support production requirements within MTO & ETO manufacturing environments
Lead procurement operations, including purchase order execution, supplier follow-up, and material coverage to support manufacturing continuity
Develop and implement procurement and inventory control strategies to optimize supplier performance, inventory turns, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with planning teams to align demand forecasts, production schedules, and procurement strategies
Lead and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials, or Purchasing within manufacturing environments
Experience managing supplier performance, inventory control, and procurement operations
Experience leading teams and driving operational performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
Advanced English communication skills
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience in MTO and ETO manufacturing environments
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
