TECHNICAL BACKOFFICE SPECIALIST

Position:

As MEI USA continues to evolve and grow our business across North America, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Backoffice Specialist.

You will assist our customer service department with quote processing and technician preparation and report to our Technical Backoffice Supervisor.

TBO Specialist Responsibilities:

• Preparation and debrief of technicians’ business trips (installation, PM, and technical assistance visits).
• Technician report processing.
• Part number verification when requested by technicians for remote support and aftersales.
• Special customer projects.
• Part quotes and processing
• Customer meetings for technical questions
• Open to the possibility of limited travel for training purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Benefits:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm.
• Starting pay between $30.55 - $45.82/hr.

Requirements:

Education and Other Requirements:

·Manufacturing/technical terminology knowledge

·Electrical/mechanical knowledge

·Basic knowledge of modern CNC machinery and relative components

·Familiarity with Windows-based computers

·Communication and interpersonal skills

·High school diploma or equivalent

·Experience with Dynamics or a similar CRM is a plus
