As part of the App Modernization team you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and exceptional microservices and API-based solutions. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the upcoming generation of leaders while securing alignment with business goals and cloud leading practices. This role offers the chance to work with talented professionals, shape innovative solutions, and strengthen the software engineering practice within a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree preferred

- AWS, Azure, or GCP Specialized Certifications preferred

- Designing scalable and secure microservices solutions

- Defining target-state architecture for distributed applications

- Overseeing API specification and security implementation

- Working with frontend developers for seamless integration

- Establishing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code

- Providing architectural governance and mentoring teams

- Strengthening software engineering practices and standards

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
