Senior Accountant - Temporary

ALL4 is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a high level of expertise in tasks related to month-end close, general ledger account reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Working from one of our corporate offices located in the Philadelphia region , this individual must be highly organized with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Please note that this role is temporary with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.

Requirements

• Manage financial records in ERP system (Deltek) and other internal databases with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and timeliness.
• Manage all monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing procedures, including intercompany account reconciliations, analysis of aged open balances, and other related workstreams.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activity, including new vendor onboarding and invoice approval processes.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations, including documentation, cash flow, revenue and expense variances.
• Provide support during audits and assessments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners.
• Other accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a record of high academic achievement.
• 5+ years of direct experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, SAP or other similar ERP systems.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow proactively; demonstrated project management ability.
• Effective problem resolution combined with the ability to delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
