What We’re Looking For

• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS and CPR certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience (orthopedic or occupational health preferred)
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset focused on improving employee well-being
